    Better Sleep!

Reduce the time spent in bed..get up at the same time every day...don’t go to bed until you feel sleepy....don’t stay in bed if you’re not sleeping.

The solution is to calm down the activity of the liver..and to reduce the burden on stomach and spleen...which can be fulfilled by a light diet and gentle exercise....

A sound sleep leaves you relaxed..energetic...and fresh....

    Turn off the Lights!

It can be difficult to sleep with the lights on. You might even want to wear a sleep mask.

    Sleep!

I liked that it was over the Internet, because when you don’t get your sleep you don’t want to have to get up and go to appointments. You don’t want to be out there on the roads.

The online format made it easier to work around child care and other responsibilities, and to pause the program and go back to something any time I needed to. The outcomes were very impressive...
